We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options. Please review our policy below:
Cancellation 7 Days Before the Event: Full Refund. If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the scheduled event, we will refund 100% of the payment.
Cancellation 3-6 Days Before the Event: Partial Refund. If you cancel during this period, we will refund 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation 2 Days or Less Before the Event: No Refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined below.
Weather-Related Cancellations: If the event is canceled due to severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to proceed, we will offer to reschedule your event or provide a full refund. Please note that overcast or cloudy days are not considered severe weather. The decision to cancel due to weather is made by the captain or event organizer.
Rescheduling: You may change the date or time of your booking 3 or more days before the event without any additional charge, subject to availability.
No-Show: If you fail to show up without prior cancellation or notification, no refund will be issued.

Special Offers: Special terms may apply to promotional and special offers, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
All gift cards & Season Passes are final sale. They are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and valid only for services offered. Gift cards may be transferred and used at any time during our operation season.
