We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellation 7 Days Before the Event: Full Refund. If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the scheduled event, we will refund 100% of the payment.
2. Cancellation 3-6 Days Before the Event: Partial Refund. If you cancel during this period, we will refund 50% of the total booking amount.
3. Cancellation 2 Days or Less Before the Event: No Refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined below.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations: If the event is canceled due to severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to proceed, we will offer to reschedule your event or provide a full refund. Please note that overcast or cloudy days are not considered severe weather. The decision to cancel due to weather is made by the captain or event organizer.
5. Rescheduling: You may change the date or time of your booking 3 or more days before the event without any additional charge, subject to availability.
6. No-Show: If you fail to show up without prior cancellation or notification, no refund will be issued.
7. Private and Corporate Events: The cancellation policy for private and corporate events may vary. Please contact us for details.
8. Special Offers: Special terms may apply to promotional and special offers, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
